No, you don't need to be home during our service. As long as we have access to your yard (unlocked gate or path), we can take care of your lawn maintenance while you're away. We'll send you confirmation when the service is completed.
If weather conditions make it impossible to provide quality service, we'll reschedule for the next available day. We'll notify you of any schedule changes due to weather as soon as possible. Light rain usually doesn't affect most of our services.
